We are looking for an innovative program owner to help us continue to bridge the gap between traditional retail and the next generation of digital experiences.

The Program Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing customer and category growth opportunities through the use of relevant and personalized marketing strategies and bringing those experiences to life through existing and emerging digital channels. This person will play an integral role in both expanding capabilities within existing programs and identifying new ways for CVS to connect with our customers, while at the same time helping to optimize our offer mix to maximize efficiency. This person will be responsible for managing the P&L for individual personalization programs. The Senior Manager, Personalization Program Strategy will report to the Director of Personalization Program Strategy, with consistent exposure to Senior Director and VP levels.

Responsibilities include:

o Lead strategy and execution of a digital manufacturer coupon strategy, how to integrate them into our broader marketing plans, increase overall engagement, and maximize markdown efficiency.
o Direct P&L responsibility for these programs and work closely with other Loyalty Program Strategists to find intra-program opportunities that align across the entire portfolio.
o Identify, quantify and serve as business owner for new initiatives to expand access and integration of new 3rd party digital coupons into the CVS and ExtraCare ecosystems.
o Demonstrated ability to vision the future state, test hypotheses, and synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable strategies and tactical plans
o Review performance metrics and identify new concepts to improve
o Strong cross-functional partnership with digital, technical and finance stakeholders.
o Work in tandem with digital product owners to develop new digital experiences and engagement capabilities to drive new app adoption and engagement.
o Work as part of a team tasked with expanding the loyalty digital footprint across our 10,000 brick and mortar locations and omnichannel customer flows.
o Serve as one of the primary points of contact for evangelizing new digital capabilities, working closely with marketing partners to educate customers, industry and broadcast media, and internal stakeholders on these new capabilities and reasons to believe in CVS digital and omni-channel experiences.
o Act as voice of the customer across initiatives, including developing new customer insights and monitoring competitive customer experiences.
o Communicate initiative status, performance, insights and roadmap; and act as primary point of contact for Loyalty & Personalization leadership

Required Qualifications
o 5 years’ experience in customer growth and development, data-driven marketing, and/or strategy development in a retail, consumer packaged goods, or consulting environment
o 3 years’ Experience leading the development of digital retail experiences, such as digital couponing, lead generation, or other digital personalization
o 3 years Managing a robust, multi-faceted P&L, with accountability for growth objectives, funding and/or expense management

Preferred Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Business, Management or Marketing
o Master’s Degree Preferred
o Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant financial impact.
o Flexible and can tolerate ambiguity and still operate effectively Excellent communicator
o Strong understanding of customer needs
o Demonstrated high level of competency in working cross-functionally
o Proven Strategic thinking and analytical skills
o Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
