STS Technical Services is hiring Quality Program Managers in Atlanta, Georgia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • As a member of our client’s Essential Maintenance Provider (EMP) Oversight Team, the Contract Quality Program Manager (QPM) will provide technical and advisory support to the EMP team and our client’s site team in the areas of inspection, quality, airworthiness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • The Contract QPM will coordinate with the EMP on disputed issues pertaining to airworthiness, safety and compliance, and ensure that maintenance performed on our client’s aircraft and/or components is accomplished in accordance with all applicable regulations, our client’s approved Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP), our client’s Technical Operations Policy/Procedures (TOPP) manual and also the EMP supplier’s Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QCM).
  • Daily activities include, in process audits of RII, AD adherence, and compliance to our client’s CAMP.
  • Provides assistance to the Manager of Quality Oversight in regard to EMP maintenance activities designed to identify discrepancies and ensure corrective action is effective and compliant to our client’s policies, FAA and Safety Regulations.


  • Must be COVID-19 vaccinated, have 1st COVID-19 vaccination shot or willing to take COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe & Powerplant license is required.
  • Candidate will participate in random drug screens that are mandated by the FAA.
  • Airline background 4-7 years of experience in an Inspection, Quality Control or Quality Assurance position required.
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, act in a timely manner and handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Must be able to obtain a passport and all visas as required.
  • Must be able and willing to travel to any location in support of our client as required by management based on the needs of the department.
  • Must be willing to travel 100% as required based on assignment needs of the department
  • Must have the ability to improve quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of products and services.
  • 100% travel & international travel are required.
