This exciting role offers opportunity to:
+ Lead BA2 factory's QE team and promote quality engineering capability in BA2 factory to meet business need.
+ Support Quality manager to implement Quality Assurance plan to ensure flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements in responsibility products.
+ Keeping deep and positive communication with global customers, warranty request and parts return process handling.Manage key account customer inputs and deliver results to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
+ Lead custoemr quality, process quality issue analysis and improvement, monitor the performance and drive continue improvement to achieve the goals.
+ Lead quality planning of NPD project, perform SPC, MSA, FMEA etc. for the product/process for which they are needed.
+ To drive internal teams for root cause analysis, corrective/ preventive actions for quality improvement for mature production.
+ Bachelor degree or above Preferred major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation
+ Minimum 7 years’ experience in Manufacturing/production related field.
+ Knowledge of electronic manufacturing and assembly.
+ Knowledgeable in the application of Product/Process standards of Customer Quality Requirements.
+ Analytical/Statistical Tools & Methods – the knowledge of a wide range of problem solving tools and methods including statistics, combined with the ability to select and apply them to make data based decisions to sustain higher levels of process or product quality, for example: 8D Analysis.
+ Product/Process Quality Planning (Advanced Quality Planning; AQP) - the ability to strategically define the Critical to Quality elements of a product/process, and the knowledge to effectively analyze, assess and mitigate the risks associated with any potential failures.
+ Analytical, attention to details, commitment to excellence, problem solving, communicate effectively, team work attributes.
+ Fluent in oral and written English
+ Quality management system experience is preferred, Six Sigma Green Belt and Auditor experience is preferred.
