In this role, you will manage the definition, execution, and analysis of the strategy for a portfolio of existing and new guest facing digital products. This role will partner cross-functionally to ideate, create, and align on guest experiences across all digital touchpoints. Experience development will be built and developed leveraging industry knowledge, competitive analysis, and input from cross-functional business stakeholders. Data driven analysis of new experiences and opportunities will be key to prioritizing the development of new or enhanced digital experiences.

  • In partnership with the Digital Experience team, collaborate with senior leaders to build a shared digital vision across the enterprise by building & managing a digital roadmap which aligns to go-to-market strategy for the company
  • Provide functional knowledge to guide on strategy, direction, and timing of guest experience creation.
  • Partner with Digital Experience & Digital Business team members to align on goals, metrics, and success criteria for new and existing experiences.
  • Partner with Brand and Creative stakeholders to incorporate the brand aesthetic and voice in capabilities and touchpoints across the journey
  • Incorporate A/B testing, analytics, market research, and consumer insights to both assess the impact of just-released enhancements as well as to refine the future roadmap and capabilities to continually reinvent the experience and grow sales, engagement, and connection with our digital audience.
  • Stay informed of consumer, technology, and eCommerce trends to identify new markets and inform future strategy and prioritization

  • Perform competitive and market analysis for input to roadmap
  • Identify industry best practices and build partner relationships.
  • Understands how technology advancements drive incremental sales and increase guest satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-speed on emerging digital technologies and product launches


Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in a digital product or similar role with demonstrated capabilities with a Bachelors degree preferred. Additional requirements include:

  • Highly motivated, dynamic person who can facilitate and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Experience building strong partnerships across User Experience, Design, and Development teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate to multiple audiences on the digital experience needs and direction
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically; equally comfortable with long term planning and day-to-day progress tracking and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels.
  • Passion for execution and improvement in an ever-changing environment
