Enterprise Services ___ Procurement Services is hiring a Manager II, SC Business Operations, to lead our talent enrichment, employee engagement and command media initiatives. The successful candidate will design and implement a comprehensive program, starting at new hire onboarding, to continuously develop and grow our talent. This position also includes:
  • Facilitating and coordinating all training activities for the ES Procurement Team
  • Monitoring and reporting new hire training progress of new and existing trainees
  • Creating and developing all training content as well as all training schedules and training logs
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training and monitoring continuous learning events to ensure consistency for new hire and existing employees
  • Lead employee engagement activities, such as the engagement newsletter and other communications
  • Developing work instructions and other command media, driving efficiencies with simplified processes
The ideal candidate will have experience with procurement, sourcing and execution.

Required Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal consumers
  • Ability to perform effectively in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
  • Well-versed in supply chain processes, including working knowledge of U.S. Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR, DFAR), Raytheon terms and conditions and export/import requirements.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills specifically related to managing teams, motivating, coaching and developing employees.
  • Proven ability to act as a change agent.
  • 8 + years related experience
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of Raytheon___s various supply chain systems and the PRISM purchasing tool.
  • Data-driven approach with significant experience using metrics to drive performance.
  • Knowledge of negotiating terms and conditions, with the ability to coach and develop employees___ ability to negotiate
Required Education (including Major):

Bachelor___s degree BS or BA (preferable in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Administration, but will consider other degree fields with applicable experience). Master___s degree or MBA desired but not required.
