We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Product Management team. Your job will be to support the Decision analysis and modelling for our Billing Rules system that is the brain of our Revenue Cycle Management product. But enough about us; let's talk about you.

About You: A curious, analytic thinker who approaches problems systematically from a logical perspective, asks probing questions. Can quickly learn and synthesize the high-level concepts of a problem without needing to be a content expert. A visual thinker who is comfortable working ideas into concept diagrams. A team player equally comfortable in a highly collaborative design environment while delivering quality, independent work necessary for the team to succeed.

The Team: Our Product Management team is transforming the current knowledge base of Billing rules into a modern business user-centric rule management system with enterprise-grade performance and availability. The team scopes designs and partners with the Rules business team to build out decision models providing user-friendly visual maps of decision relationships to reflect industry and client requirements. These decision models ensure that all claims are validated based on industry requirements, which ultimately ensures that our clients paid quickly and accurately.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in developing visual diagrams using modelling conventions that describe the relationships between inputs and outcomes for business decisions for updates to payer requirements
  • Work closely with the Business SMEs in designing user-friendly model designs
  • Assist the development team in reviewing the implemented models and resolve any questions and queries
  • Review the models and business outcomes to sign-off the models before releasing them to the production environment
  • Assist the team in identifying and fixing issues if there are any Business Outcome differences with the delivered models
  • Assist and support projects related to decision modelling as well as cross-functional projects to align with other programs/initiatives across the company

Typical Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Computer Science, Business, or Product Design)
  • Strong skills in visual diagraming and comprehension of structured logic/decisions
  • Understanding of DMN/BPMN concepts a plus
  • Healthcare/ health IT environment knowledge a plus
