The SI Program Manager is responsible for providing direction and leadership for Lifecycle Solution and Service Global Programs including the Lifecycle Migration Program, System Integrator Program, Sales Lead Program, and various other strategic directives provided by the leadership team. In this role, you will be expected to be a creative and resourceful self-starter, who possesses the ability to communicate technical and commercial concepts/solutions to both internal and external customers.

You will lead full life-cycle including; initiation, training, and deployment of the existing / new programs. It is also expected that you will provide regular communication to business leadership on the status of assigned programs.

 

Key Responsibilities

·                Collaborate with HPS sales and field services in a team environment on strategic programs

·                Engage with strategic corporate accounts to present key initiatives and programs

·                Present commercial business case at multiple levels across customer organizations

·                Ability to travel to customer locations throughout the Americas Pole

·                Build and establish management operating system (MOS) and improvement process and procedures

You must have

·                Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

·                10 Years of automation or engineering experience in the process industry

·                Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing)

·                Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification desired

·                Ability to prioritize and produce desired results in a deadline driven environment

·                Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills

·                Excellent verbal and written communication
