You will coordinate with senior coverage officers to come up with new ideas to pitch to companies. Create and prepare client presentations and marketing materials. You will assist in managing transactions and help management teams craft the storyline to position their companies for sale. Build complex models that help companies understand how they are valued by the market and follow an industry to learn the key drivers and trends that influence companies' decisions. As an Analyst or Associate, you will work on a broad array of domestic and international transactions. As a junior banker you will work alongside some of the industry’s best bankers and have exposure to senior people at a diverse set of companies. Interested Associate candidates must have completed a graduate degree program and have at least one year of Investment Banking Associate experience.We will also consider Associate candidates who have been direct promotes from investment banking analyst programs or who have the equivalent experience from a private equity firm. Interested Analyst possess completed a four-year college or university program.
