  • United States citizen and an active secret clearance
  • 8 years General Combat System Engineering Experience refers to experience in the engineering, design, development, or testing and evaluation of a Navy combat system.
  • Experience with Aircraft Carrier Post Delivery Test & Trial (PDT&T)


    The PDT&T Systems Engineer will support the government V54 PDT&T lead to provide technical program analysis support to include the coordination of FORD CLASS long-term T&E schedules, project metrics collection and assessment, coordination and aggregation of project status and actions, coordinate of risk management activities and the interface with project leads, scheduling and supporting the documentation of project status and its reporting.

    The position will also provide technical support to track and document FORD CLASS T&E efforts by compiling T&E Objective Quality Evidence (OQE), test event completions, test reports, test assessments, platform integration and interoperability testing, and develop metrics and supporting evidence for the FORD CLASS T&E program. Specific duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support and participate in Consolidated Test Working Groups (CTWG)
  • Compile Monthly CTWG SME Reports
  • Deliver Weekly Test Event activity reports for PMS 378T
  • Prepare Weekly, DNA SITREP, and CVN Program Test & Evaluation Management (PTEM) reports for NSWC/DD Division Leads
  • Gather data from various geographically disbursed test organizations involved in PDT&T testing, analyze, and consolidate data and prepare Annual Assessment Summaries (AAS) for PMS 378T:
  • Participate in Consolidated Test Database (CTDB) Working Groups
  • Maintain Consolidated Test Database
    • Develop Standard Queries
