Job Description
This role can be a full-time remote position for the right candidate

This role will support centralized actuarial functions on the 51-100 and Small Group Shared Services team. Collaborate with key business partners in finance, local markets, MEU, sales, and underwriting to fully understand the business and the financial results.

Apply actuarial judgment to opine on assumptions for rate review, taking into account pricing initiatives and current experience.

Deep dive into financial results to understand drivers, provide observations and insights to initiatives for improvement.

Design reporting to track progress against pricing initiatives. Enable optimization of performance and explanation of financial impacts.

This position can be located anywhere in the U.S.A.
Understand how the 51-100 segment compares to other segments and competitive products. Lead special projects and analysis as needed to support overall SG business.

The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, and hold themselves and others accountable for achieving high standards of performance.


Required Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of actuarial experience.
-Must have your ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) or FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries).
-Strong communication skills and excellent technical ability.
