About the job:
Build a deep expertise in digital media buying on Xandr
Programmable Platform and support Xandr's buy side clients to execute successful buying strategies
Work with Account Management and Solutions Consultants to grow existing business through proven effectiveness and high return on digital advertising dollars
Build a deep familiarity with our clients' businesses, strategies, and media buying goals
Tenaciously troubleshoot delivery and performance issues and provide feedback to our Product Management team on opportunities to make our products more efficient and effective
Thoughtfully and carefully test and recommend new tactics and support implementing them at scale as they are proven
Consistently monitor and analyze in-flight campaigns to ensure full delivery and performance expectations are met or exceeded
Combine data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies, identify new opportunities and provide solutions for client's individual buying strategies
Leverage your expertise to improve best practice documentation
Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
Knowledge of digital media buying and/or hands-on experience using programmatic buy platforms (ideally working for a DSP, agency, ad network, exchange or web publisher)
Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
Strong consulting skills and ability to build up strong client relationships
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science, Technology or Engineering field
Some professional experience
Ability to evaluate, process and visualize large datasets using SQL, R, and/or visualization tools such as Tableau and Spotfire
