Position responsibilities include:

This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repairs, and operation of all equipment in Hatchery. Responsible for creating and maintaining documents that track preventative maintenance. Other duties assigned by Hatchery Management.


Successful candidates must have at least one year of maintenance supervisory experience, proven leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills with the drive to be successful. Candidate must have expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding. Knowledge on PLC and robotics is preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours, holidays and weekends. Must have the ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English. Must have computer skills as well as experience with Excel and other Microsoft applications. Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for long periods of time (9-12 hours). Must be able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally and up to 40 pounds of force frequently. Must be able to perform strenuous work in a dusty and wet environment with temperatures ranging from 28 to 100 degrees. Must be able to climb ladders as well as bend, kneel, and reach overhead.
