In fact, your experience in the field makes you a leader that people look to for advice while your people and storytelling skills mean you have no problem helping clients understand their choices.As a Manager, you have proven experience to design and lead our best teams to solve complex talent and learning transformational challenges.The work:- Use data and analytics to drive insights to shape experience led end to end Talent and Learning Transformation Programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions- Manage project teams to use data collection and assessment tools for identifying future skills, capability gaps and resulting pathways at the organization and individual level- Manage project teams to craft talent strategies that leverage insights that highlight future skills implications for the enterprise, business function and workforce- Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using AI and leading technologies to enrich insights on client internal, contingent, and gig talent pools- Work with clients and use data to identify future skill needs and adjacencies to define learning paths and strategies- Design learning and talent operating models and functions to achieve the benefits of digital capabilities- Co-create and support enterprise-wide, enduring, and personalized digital talent and learning strategies- Design Transformational Change programs to support the implementation of the new Talent and Learning Roadmap and initiatives- Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $133,000- $190,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
