As market demand continues to accelerate for our LM400 satellite product, we are seeking a **Senior Manager of Strategy, Pursuits, and Capture Excellence** to lead the cost, schedule, and technical offer development in support of all program pursuits that have baselined the LM400 as their space vehicle solution\. In this capacity you will lead a team consisting of strategy and capture professionals and solution architects to support an enterprise\-wide portfolio of pursuits ranging from early stage shaping through proposal submit\. Additionally, you will lead the product strategy development and all internal and external outreach activities\. You will use your expertise to address critical customer needs while growing the business and building on the history and success of Lockheed Martin while building on your career achievements\.

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance\.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:

• Lead the cost, schedule, and technical offer development and Integration of LM400 solutions into all current and future pursuits

• Drive and maintain the LM400 new business capture pipeline

• Develop overall customer\-focused product strategies focused on both short & long\-term growth opportunities and present these strategies to both LM Space and Corporate Senior Executive Leadership

• Lead the integration & partnership between LM400 and business development/capture teams across all lines of businesses within LM Space

• Lead efforts with executives to develop & execute strategic growth plans and technology roadmaps

• Develop and execute both internal and external outreach campaigns

• Maintain accountability to shape & win new business by delivering competitive and innovative solutions into program pursuits\.

• Develop & maintain effective customer, teammate, & internal relationships\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Track record of successful business development within DoD & Intelligence Communities\.

• Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing executives, managers, employees, and customers to maintain a sustainable working relationship\.

• Experience in milestone / Executive Planning Panels \(EPP\) process; to include opportunity identification, developing business cases, and capture management\.

• Demonstrated ability to serve in the role of a subject matter expert with presentation experience\.

• **Active TS/SCI clearance**

**Desired Skills:**

• Ability to leverage technical and managerial relationships

• 10 or more years of experience leading programs or proposal teams in medium to large dollar ECP's/proposals

• Demonstrated success leading capture teams, strategy development, and customer solutioning\.

• Subject Matter Expertise \(SME\) outside of direct proposal management role, but relevant to LM programs \(e\.g\. Project Management, Program Management, Strategic Planner experience\)\.

• Understand and manage Request for Proposal \(RFP\) compliance

• Current or previous experience managing people

• Executive level \(both corporate and customer\) presentation skills\.

• Microsoft suite including SharePoint\.
