The Field Service Technician performs new equipment installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repair of company equipment at the customer's site. Facilitates timely resolutions to customer issues and/or questions while maintaining a positive client relationship.

You can live anywhere near a major airport. They are looking to hire veterans across the country to build out a more regionally based field service team.

You will travel Monday morning and return home on Friday. If you are not traveling during the work week, you will help with customer service calls to help the client's own maintenance team troubleshoot the equipment.

Additionally, the candidate will:

- Support the sales staff in servicing Laser Tube equipment and Installs new equipment at customer sites

- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and service of equipment for customers at the customer site

- Carefully and accurately document all services performed on the equipment as well as what service needs are to be accomplished on the equipment in the future

- Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

- Prepare service reports and installation forms in a timely and accurate manner

- Maintain a safe work environment and operate within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines

Hourly rate of $25/hour - $30/hour. dependent on your experience level and how well you interview. Per diem and travel pay. Plenty of overtime built into the role due to travel.
