What would you do?

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.

The Workflow orchestration team integrates, automates, and monitors your multiple technology stacks from a single point of control. It provides an interactive user interface to build end to end workflows to automate anything without the risk of human error. This includes Service Request flow, defining a logical flow of activities or tasks from a Start event to an End event to accomplish a specific service.

In this role, you will be creating and modifying workflows on ServiceNow Advanced Workflows. You will need to demonstrate skills to fully utilize Scripted (Advanced Checkboxes) Workflow Activities, Service Catalog, SLAs, Troubleshooting Workflows, and customizing workflow activities. You will also help in integrating complex ServiceNow integrations and data migration, creating script-based assignment and approval rules, business rules, UI Action by using Glide script, Glide Record object, UP Policy, and Client Script. You will also be querying the table by using glide record, Referencing Glide List, Debugging script, work with complex log files. You may also have to import sets for data loading from an external file or database to the service-now.

+ In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems

+ You may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management

+ You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders

+ You will be expected to constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients

+ You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
