Wells Fargo Philippines enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Operations, Risk and Compliance, Project Management, Finance & Accounting and Data Analytics. We operate in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

About the Department

Human Resources develops and implements people strategies to support Wells Fargo's business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, finance, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. We work together as One HR to make Wells Fargo an employer of choice. Our operating foundation is based on our ability to operate efficiently, develop HR team members, strengthen controls, and scale technology infrastructure.

About the Role

This role serves as an ongoing liaison for resource assignment with Learning and development and for scheduling and implementation tasks with business partners, Learning and development teams, and Learning operations. This role is responsible for identifying trainer utilization and metrics, forecasting current and future training delivery staffing needs, maintaining organizational and capacity planning documentation.


  • Consults with others to forecast training facilitation needs and develop implementation plans
  • Determines implementation strategy, methods, and plans for initiatives
  • Manages recurring and new request pipeline
  • Organizes work, consults and communicates across HR functions
  • Communicates professionally, in verbal and written form, with a variety of audiences at both a detailed and summary level
  • Develops consistent processes and working agreements with key business partners
  • Develops forecasts for resource needs and recommends approaches to ensure critical training needs are met
  • Completes scheduling and coordination of complex learning programs
  • Evaluates data to identify trends and develop models to plan resource needs
  • Ensures plans and programs adhere to relevant policies and regulations
  • May provide direction to lower level staff

Market Skills and Certifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any program
    3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurements
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with Leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Visio skills
  • Ability to develop
  • Ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking
  • Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
  • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Candidate must be amenable to work on a permanent night shift and will be located at McKinley Hill, Taguig
