Job Overview

The University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine Division of General Medicine is seeking a highly qualified clinician to fill a .80 FTE faculty position.  This position will support the University’s mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all our activities.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct O/P clinics at Hoxworth, including private sessions, Student Clinic and Resident Clinic.
  • Serve as attending physician for IP teaching wards.
  • Strive to improve clinical processes, as well as patient care, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
  • Teach in the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
  • Directly teach medical students in all four years.
  • Collaborate with researchers in the Center for Clinical Effectiveness and Center for Health Informatics.
  • Regularly attend section/divisional/departmental meetings and educational events, as assigned.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Board eligible in Internal Medicine. Ability to obtain an unrestricted Ohio Medical License and DEA license.
