JOB DESCRIPTION, ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES POSITION SUMMARY

A position of strategic importance, this exciting opportunity is for a highly energetic, performance driven bu Sales professional to

  • Succeed with Engineering services (IoT, Digital Engineering, Device Engineering.
  • New client development for product and digital engineering services
  • Achieve sales booking and revenue targets.

The candidate will deliver with a balance between strategic initiatives and tactical activities to move forward the sales funnel – both on in activating new clients, developing and converting an expanding funnel of opportunity while also nurturing partner collaboration into end-customer; and to sell into the partner.

This professional will demonstrate the ability to build strong win-win relationships, have experience in selling product engineering services in a Solution/ consultative mode.

He/she must be able to achieve revenue targets consistently.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build strong relationship with named target accounts.
  • Sell services based on these partner technologies jointly with their sales / BDM organizations into key accounts
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with partner teams, with clearly defined goals / targets
  • Define & drive key verticals, value propositions, define target accounts and penetration plan along with eInfochips Marketing & Partner’s Sales team
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
  • The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
  • Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 7-14 years of experience with at least 3-5 years of selling Product Engineering Services (PES) for Embedded & Digital engineering to fortune 500 clients.
  • Strong networking skills with proven track record of achieving sales-targets
  • Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives is a MUST.
  • Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high-tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams
  • Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with “consultative selling” is essential.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills
  • Articulate and ability to present and speak publicly at Partner events.
  • 25% travel within the United States / Western-USA.
  • Be a team-player

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$135,000.00 - $165,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
