Our client is seeking Service Techs to deploy brand new manufacturing equipment at client locations.

Customers include everything from appliances to office furniture. Install/Tester Technicians primarily work on system controls integration and troubleshooting. You will need to be a quick study on computer systems and will need to have solid electronics/circuitry troubleshooting skills. You will quickly learn a broad array of systems.

You will support installs throughout the US but will go overseas for training and occasionally to provide support - passport and good drivers license required. Growth prospects into applications engineers, project management and so on, and they promote based on skills - not degrees.

Base salary + nontaxable per diem + full benefits.

Your base will grow as you learn more - some Install/Testers are making well north of six figures over time.

Travel is extensive in this role - you should expect to be on the road most of the week and home most weekends.

You will primarily service customers throughout North America, with travel typically Monday - Friday and occasional weekends. It would be best to live within 45 minutes of Chicago O'Hare International.
