We are seeking a Field Site Manager with a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to ensure US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) maintenance requirements or applicable governing authority requirements are met in order to support the design and creation of the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. What to look forward to: As a Field Site Manager, you will be using your skills and expertise to oversee the maintenance servicing, repairing, inspecting, and overhauling of our aircraft and/or aircraft systems and subsystems to ensure that our aircraft and/or systems are in an airworthy condition and are safe for flight. You'll ensure that all of our customer issues are satisfactorily resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Possess a full understanding of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a large, diverse, and geographically separated team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead flight operations
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance required

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Federal Aviation regulations
  • Familiarity with FAA Maintenance Requirements
  • Familiarity with Logistics Support Processes
  • Familiarity with Aircrew Requirements
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience/familiarity working in a military/government environment
  • Experience working in OCONUS environments and interacting with international partners
