Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems \(RMS\) is seeking a skilled Staff Systems Integration Analyst to contribute to the exciting work of developing the leading\-edge global Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications \(C2BMC\) system for the Missile Defense Agency\.

THE PROGRAM

Responding to ballistic missile threats presents an unprecedented challenge of speed, precision, and coordination among numerous weapons systems, sensors and warfighters\. C2BMC is the integrating element that links the various individual sensor\-interceptor\-communications elements into one coordinated system protecting against all types of ballistic missile threats\. This protection spans across multiple regions in any phase of flight providing the warfighter with an integrated global view of the Ballistic Missile Defense System \(BMDS\)\.

YOUR JOB

The C2BMC Integration Team is responsible for the integration and testing of C2BMC tactical software components\. Systems Integrators play a critical role in integrating together various software components created by different teams, performing testing, coordinating with development teams, as well as many other software and IT type tasks\.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF A C2BMC SYSTEMS INTEGRATION ANALYST INCLUDE:

\- Coordinate execution of software integration tests to verify system operation

\- Develop test plans/procedures for software integration test conduct, integration/execution, detailed data analysis, and preparation of software test reports

\- Installation and configuration of Linux and Windows HW platforms from the OS up to the C2BMC developed applications

\- Documentation and verification of all installation and configuration steps to be delivered to the customer

\- Develop installation scripts to automate the system installation

\- Work with software developers as needed to help diagnose and identify the root cause of problems found during software integration

\- Implementing all Information Assurance directives on the systems to include running IA scans

\- Task and coordinate daily integration activities with other local team members

\- Demonstrate/present completed stories to external stakeholders

\- Occasional US and International travel may be required

**Basic Qualifications:**

\*\*\*Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance to be considered for this position\*\*\*

\*\*\*Security\+ certification or equivalent\*\*\*

\- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

\- Demonstrated experience in the integration of separate software components into a single system

\- Experience integrating complex applications on Windows and Unix/Linux platforms

\- Experience with Linux and Windows system administration including installing and configuring systems from the OS level up

\- Experience with VMware systems administration and installing

\- Experience with Information Assurance policies and procedures and the ability to apply IA requirements to an existing system

\- Experience with PowerShell/Bash/Korn scripting languages \(developing, debugging and maintaining\)

\- Excellent written and verbal skills

\- Ability to write clear, concise system installation and configuration instructions

\- Use of Git Version Control System

**Desired Skills:**

\- Experience with VM Horizon View is highly desired

\- Experience with Missile Defense concepts, Command and Control systems, and the US BMDS is especially beneficial\. Familiarity of the C2BMC system and concepts is strongly desired

\- Hands\-on experience with DoD integration

processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies and automated test tools

\- Ability to read and troubleshoot application source code

\- Familiarity with Java and object\-oriented development

\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and adapt to change

\- Experience writing installation manuals

\- Strong problem\-solving skills, including the ability to review performance issues, identify root cause and recommend a solution

\- Comfort and proficiency in presenting to external partners, including customers

\- Ability to work independently on an Agile scrum team environment

\- Scaled Agile Framework \(SAFe\) experience a plus

\- Product Owner experience a plus

\- DevOps or DevSecOps familiarity

\- Working knowledge of standard MS Office products and tools
