**Description:** Central Finance position supporting multiple contracts with Earned Value Management System \(EVMS\) DFARS\. The successful candidate will have an in\-depth knowledge of EVM requirements to ensure continued compliance of LM MFC’s EVMS\. Candidate will provide central support for Defense Contract Management Agency \(DCMA\) Surveillance Reviews, Program Internal Surveillance Reviews, and Program Integrated Baseline Reviews \(IBRs\)\. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to successfully analyze and interpret their assigned program’s cost and schedule metrics and provide recommendations to the program as needed to address areas of concerns\. Tasks include but are not limited to, initiating / supporting the program initial baseline activity, facilitate EVM process and ensuring timely completion of activities within the organization \(performance measurement baseline, baseline change control, variance analysis\), review program Data Driven Metrics \(DDMs\) and provide analysis and recommendations, ensure adherence to corporate and business area processes, and review / recommend approval of program documents \(PPMDs\)\.

The candidate will require strong communication skills as this role requires interfacing with Senior Management, Program Managers, Finance Managers, and Program Planning Managers\. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a changing environment and accomplish a variety of special tasks with minimal guidance\. EVM experience within the Aerospace or Defense industry is required\. This position may require travel, predominantly between Grand Prairie and Orlando\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree

• Knowledge of EVM System Implementation Guidelines, as well as EV cost tools and DCMA Data Driven Metrics \(DDMs\)

• Experience with DCMA Compliance and/or Surveillance Reviews

• Demonstrated ability to Analyze & Interpret complex Program / EVM Metrics

• Working knowledge of various Finance functions \(i\.e\. EVM, contracts, estimating, planning, FP&A, etc\.\)

• Skilled in developing presentation packages and presenting to senior leadership

• Analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy

• Lead discussions and determine resolutions to problems

• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with customer and team members

• Innovation and continuous improvement must be inherent in the day\-to\-day operations\.

• Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive, data driven analysis

• Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure

• Requires strong PC skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Power Point

• Ability to travel as required \(predominantly between Orlando and Grand Prairie\)

• Must have ability to obtain DOD Secret Clearance

**Desired Skills:**

• Bachelor's degree focus in Business or Finance related field

• Understanding of LM MFC’s Electronic Financial System \(EFS\) and its various workflows

• Experience in Integrated Baseline Reviews \(IBRs\)

• Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree\. Considered career, or journey, level\.
