Team Leader at Distribution and Logistics Center

Job Description:

About the role

This role is located in our Programming Centre (part of DLC), where we are programming semiconductor devices, to offer additional value to our customers.

As a Team Leader you will directly manage the team of 10-15 Operators, focusing on the quality of customer orders fulfillment and ensuring that requested delivery quantities are achieved on time.

What will you do?

  • Lead start of shift meetings, assign tasks to the team, and eventually prepare end of shift for hand over

  • Monitor and audit operator's performance to assure adherence to quality instructions

  • Plan people, production, and orders to ensure efficient operation

  • Generate production data and maintain visual performance indicators

  • Take on duties of a Programming Center Supervisor in their absence

  • Support production when needed and process customer orders

  • Train and develop operators to ensure maximum productivity

  • Plan and manage maintenance to prevent failure

Who you are?

  • You already have at least 3 years of experience at team leading position in logistics or production

  • You are able to work in shifts (Early and Late shifts, might be also Night shift)

  • You are fluent in English (any other language will be an advantage)

  • You have at least MBO level education

  • You are proficient user of Microsoft Office package

  • You are communicative, reliable, and customer-focused leader

  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty while working alongside your team
