The PMT Global Material Master Operations Lead will provide management oversight and operational execution of the central Material Master (MM) team as a cross functional thought leader in Data Management and Governance in Supply Chain Planning and Logistics organization. The Global MM Data Leader is responsible for driving the data management strategy providing overall direction to the MM Data Teams to improve operating effectiveness and process standardization of the program globally. This role will be responsible for developing controls and standards for daily MM operations as well as establishing the process to engage with and support the ERP and PLM deployments, divestitures and acquisitions.

Additionally, the Global Material Master Data Leader will be closely aligned with the Corporate and PMT EIM Leaders and support the continued maturity of Material Master data from their currently maturity levels through Level 5.

This role will focus on utilizing data quality tools and standards for governance and measurement and communicate the effectiveness at a senior and executive level. They will work closely with Data Leads, Business Functions, IT, Operations, Data Owners and Data Stewards across the global enterprise for Material Master data.

Candidates are expected to be well-versed in Material Master business processes and the Material Master data domain, and be willing to go into a deep level of detail, while still keeping a big-picture view to ensure alignment of people, processes and technology pan-Honeywell.

Primary Responsibilities:
¨        Drive the Material Master program
¨        Work cross-functionally to drive the strategic direction for data governance, provide material master data quality and data governance capabilities throughout the end-to-end lifecycle of material Master
¨        Drive common process, standards, policies, controls, audits, metrics, governance, and organization capabilities across the business unit
¨        Drive improvements and efficiencies in the data processes, manage data projects, create and update data policies and procedures
¨        Manage rollout of material data quality project, including identification of critical data elements and rules definitions, and material data quality policies.
¨        Drive initiatives to progress Material Master through advanced levels of data maturity with a roadmap for Maturity based on architecture, usability, quality, etc.
¨        Improve operating effectiveness and administrative costs through cycle time reduction and improvement to data quality
¨        Develop process and implementation plan for ATP process xPMT
¨        Drive SKU rationalization project for ISC
¨        Support xISC process improvement projects
¨        Ensure the teams are in compliance with data quality and mastered data throughout its lifecycle
¨        Execute strategies, tools, and reporting processes to track key performance measures & create dashboards to monitor, measure and present material master data metrics & maturity standards

You Must Have:
BA/BS Degree
5+ years of Material Master management, running a MM operations capability
Previous leadership experience of a global team
5+ years of knowledge of master data management and data governance, and tools
5+ years SAP Expertise
