Yours included. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for: Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to provide care to children, adolescents and adults with pain. Accountability for care of patients including phone triage for patients going home with nerve catheters after surgery. Developing, recommending and implementing internal standards, policies and procedures to improve quality and cost-effectiveness of patient care. Participating in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects. Day/night rotating with every 4th weekend. To qualify, you must have: An MSN and Massachusetts license as Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner. 3-5 years' experience in a pediatric setting, ideally with a pediatric intensive care background. Meticulous attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills, and superb collaborative skills. Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organizational needs.
