Job Description
Applicant shall take a lead role in management of the Enterprise CAD database to ensure integrity of information being stored and uploaded into the database for reports and occupancy cost chargebacks. Access to this information is tightly controlled with only authorized individuals allowed to view, manipulate and retrieve information. Information shall be maintained in an accurate, up-to-date and complete manner to satisfy all reporting and inquiry requirements.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, strives for continuous process improvement and is dedicated to excellence. Individual must possess the ability to collaborate and build partnerships with various levels across the organization.

Responsibilities include:
- Modify/maintain "Master" Drawings in adherence to Enterprise Standards
- Create/modify CAD polylines according to modified-BOMA standards
- Merge CAD "Project" Drawings into CAD "Master" Drawings
- Create polyline CAFM files with attributes and workspace numbering
- Review and ensure adherence to the CAD standards
- Perform clean-up routines on master CAD files prior to publishing in the database
- Store, retrieve and transmit CAD files between the Enterprise and the second-party design consultants
- Perform day-to-day minor revisions to drawings such as furniture reconfiguration and space class changes
- Review of monthly reports to ensure accuracy of database information
- Support physical testing of new software and management of a test-database

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with AutoCAD 2D
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CAD Integrator, Tririga and Serraview
familiarity with BOMA Standards
- Experience working with CAFM
- Bachelor's Degree

Education
High School Diploma or GED is required
