Location: Netherlands, Amsterdam

Converge, an Arrow company is looking to recruit Account Managers for the EMEA computing team. 

Who are you?

An experienced professional from computer components distribution to be based in one of the Converge Americas offices.  Or you are an ambitious and positive professional, with at least 2 years relevant and successful B2B sales experience and understand the principles of trading in an open market who can be based in our Peabody MA head quarter.

You are goal-orientated, open-minded, and willing to learn about the flexible and dynamic independent distribution business model.

What will you be doing?

This is an opportunity to solve problems for customers and allows you to make a personal mark on the industry. You will be engaging with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and drive innovations forward to generate customer value on a global scale. The competencies to establish trust, credibility, and strong relationships with purchasing influencers at assigned accounts is a must as the role is sales and target driven. This is coupled with outstanding selling skills in order to secure and accelerate growth and profitability. Please assume client satisfaction and accurate deliverables as a primary responsibility.

What do you need?

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher equivalent

  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team

  • A hunger to function in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • A desire to implement strategies to expand Converge's market with medium to large regional accounts in an assigned territory

  • Analytical skills and disciplines in support of business planning, strategy development and deployment, customer relationship management and conflict management
