Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Programs 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, CA.
Duties include:
- Responsibility for the management of supportability programs including program architecture and infrastructure, risk management, technical deliverables, and financial & schedule performance
- Manage and be responsible for EVMS, cost and scheduling of all discrete work packages for the multiple technical disciplines
- Proposal development and technical performance of specific work packages on multiple contracts
- Responsibilities include management of development activities for Support Equipment, Information Technology and Technical Data organizations as well as the sustainment activities for Technical Publications and Training

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience in operational planning, logistics support or logistics products development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects that delivered hardware and/or capability to customers.
  • Must have a current and active Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP/SAR access.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or another technical/STEM degree.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Prior military experience in aviation
