Information & Cyber Security (ICS) is a part of Wells Fargo Technology. ICS is responsible for protecting the company from cyber threats, engaging with Wells Fargo businesses, assessing information security risk, providing identity services, performing security engineering, and operating the ICS function.

The Position
The Third Party Information Security Risk Assessment team currently has a great opportunity for an individual with experience in Third Party risk management. This role will work to refine the Third Party Information Security program, strategy and domain capabilities.
The role is responsible for centralizing all third party assessment activities across Wells Fargo. The nature of this role will be to interface with all functions that currently perform third party assessment activities and will have significant interaction with the Third Party Program. This role will report to the Third Party IS Program Management manager and will participate in the implementation of new tools, processes and applications in support of Third Party Information Security Risk.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead deployment of Enterprise Third Party assessment enablement as a service function
- Partner across 3PISRM to ensure deliverables related to initiatives and/or programs are managed with expectation of on time delivery for all assigned projects
- Support data reporting capabilities across 3PISRM to facilitate senior level and operational reporting
Define, plan, develop and implement/consult on major IT strategies, processes, or on-going programs with 2-4 broad cross-business technology impact. May be responsible for execution/ implementation and on-going operational management of processes, etc. as they are developed. Provide thought-leadership and applies area of expertise to technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient and to build support for the strategies with senior leadership across the technology organizations and/or client lines of business. Utilize sophisticated research and analysis in addition to in-depth understanding of organizational goals/priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans. Leads implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business. Typically interacts with senior leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business. Decisions have significant direct impact on function and direct impact on LOBs. Recommends compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. Primary interface with Financial Industry Leaders for supporting Business Lines. Supports interfaces with Technology Industry Leaders, Analysts and Regulators.
