SNC is looking for a communications professional with project management experience to build and manage the communications strategy for the Human Resources organization. This role is impactful and sits at the center of all things HR. We are looking for a collaborative, influential self-starter who is comfortable at the strategic level and will also roll up their sleeves to draft and edit project communications.

This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, HR teams, and the HR Project Management Office by establishing communications infrastructure that keeps HR staff, SNC managers, and the enterprise informed of upcoming activities, new HR programs, and policy changes. While communications is the primary focus of this role, this individual will also serve as a project manager on various HR initiatives and should have experience with project management. Change management training will be required and provided for this role.

The pace is fast at SNC and requires flexibility and agility - changes will be certain and frequent. Tasks and/or responsibilities may be assigned that fall outside of the prescribed scope of the role.

Must Haves:

     Education & Experience

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Communications, Project Management, Change Management, and/or Human Resources or a related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field


  • Experience building and driving communications plans, timelines, and drafting content

  • Advanced verbal and writing communication skills

  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and focus groups at all levels of the organization 

  • Demonstrated ability to create informative, professional, and aesthetic power point slides

    • Note: Applicants will be required to share examples of project and communications work

     Project Management

  • Strong knowledge of project and communication planning and execution

  • Experience scoping projects, managing schedules and overseeing project execution from beginning to end

  • Experience leading project meetings and facilitating communication between project team members, leadership, stakeholders and consultants


  • PMP or PMI certification

  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification

  • Familiarity or experience implementing change management

  • Experience gathering user requirements and translating into detailed documentation, project, and communications plans

  • Ability to analyze business systems and processes to identify user needs, document requirements, create data flow diagrams, case tool analysis, work & process flow diagrams, and address operation/process issues/improvements to accomplish business objectives

  • Experience creating test cases and performing testing activities as needed

  • Understanding of business application data to ensure accuracy, quality and opportunities to integrate between the systems
