Position Purpose: Prepare training schedules; documentation; assessments, conduct training and assess trainee apprehension of course objectives for Marketplace business needs.

  • Learn and comprehend the day-to-day Marketplace Business Operation functions and then use that knowledge to train others
  • Creation of training materials, including assessments, to ensure adequate knowledge attainment
  • Identify and analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
  • Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business application materials and training sessions
  • Lead problem solving and training coordination efforts between various business units
  • Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures
  • Manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred. Project management experience preferred.
