The HealthHUB Technology Strategy & Enablement team plays a critical role in leading the strategy, planning, and execution of innovative technology capabilities that span across Digital, Analytics, and IT to drive enterprise value and enhanced experience across portfolio of transformation products and services. This fast-paced team of business technologists work very closely to define the strategic technology vision for cross-functional capabilities across HealthHUB portfolio, address how product concepts translate to in-store, community, and at-home experiences, develop strategic roadmaps and implementation strategies, and lead initial operationalization and execution to ensure successful launches of healthcare products and services in HealthHUBs.

The Director HealthHUB Product Technology Strategy & Enablement, will play a critical role in envisioning and defining the technology needs of our HUBs products / services and bringing those experiences to life. Core focus areas will include defining the technology strategy for our HealthHUB product portfolio, owning the relationship with technology leads across the enterprise, assessing vendor partnerships to enable our technology needs, and overseeing implementation of critical technology capabilities to ensure alignment with HealthHUBs product portfolio strategy and launch timeline.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in leading a complex enterprise wide technology portfolio, a passion for creating seamless and omni-channel experiences for consumers, experience in bringing new healthcare products and services to market, and ability to work in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.

** Location can be flexible (CVS office/ remote) though the official work hours will be in EST time zone **

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Maintain advanced-level understanding of the HealthHUB strategy, broad healthcare technology landscape, regulatory environment, and HealthHUB product portfolio

- Drive the planning and execution of the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap for HealthHUBs product portfolio

- Collaborate with product owners and enterprise technology teams to convert HealthHUB product concepts / business strategy into technology capabilities

- Act as the lead business sponsor and product owner when working with various technology teams to guide technology decisions, acceptance criteria, and feature development

- Participate in assessments of 3rd party technology solutions / vendors to identify innovative partnership opportunities and make recommendations on build vs. buy decisions

- Drive effective prioritization and value realization on technology investments through appropriate financial and strategic value analysis

- Enable robust program management capabilities to track, and manage technology implementation activities across the enterprise to meet the product portfolio implementation timelines

- Provide strategic guidance from technology perspective to guide the longer term HealthHUB product vision and strategy

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Technology Strategy and enablement experience within top consulting and/or innovative Healthcare organization

Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of Technology Strategy and enablement experience leading strategic enterprise level technology investments within top consulting and/or innovative Healthcare organization

- 3+ years product management/ development experience in Health technology space

- Strong product business & technology knowledge in one or more of following business areas: Chronic care management, Population Health Management, Mental Health and Wellness, Telehealth, and Insurance navigation

- Strong technology capabilities development process expertise leveraging Agile / Waterfall tools, and methodologies; Proven track record in effectively managing complex portfolio of initiatives from inception to completion

- Strong communication and inter-personal skills, with executive presence and ability to influence across functions and at all levels of the organization

- Highly organized, and able to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex, & matrixed working environment

- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and high-energy individual who can easily function in a high-demand, performance-driven environment

Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree

- Preferred: Master’s/ Advanced Degree
