You are:

The Change Practitioner. You analyze and design new business processes. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. You serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.

The work:

The Change Practitioner works with client leadership and other stakeholders to define, deploy, and execute strategic initiatives related to identity management.

Responsibility include, but are not limited to:

+ Support the translation of strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into change strategies and activities.

+ Research and document business strategy and processes.

+ Benchmark against leading practices in the public and private sectors.

+ Communicate strategy to client leadership team and workforce.

+ Conduct assessments, identify objectives, develop recommendations, and establish implementation plans for issues of key importance to office leadership.

+ Champion change management initiatives in support of business strategy.

You have:

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ 2+ Years professional experience

+ Ability to apply skills and experience in systems

development, detailed knowledge of business processes and technical background

to implement business solutions
