JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a unique personality with a variety of video production skills who can run our brand-new studio located in the Accenture office at One Manhattan West in New York’s Hudson Yards District.

Our Studio Lead/Producer/Digital Storytellers need to balance creativity, technical know-how and organization. If you are a producer, photographer, editor and a studio engineer you should apply for this role.

The ideal candidate will be an out-going personality who is self-motivated, driven to do something innovative and can work independently with no supervision. Deep knowledge of video production and post-production are essential, combined with experience in studio operations.

A primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a creative consultant to our customers on how to improve messaging and engagement through storytelling and cutting-edge video production technologies.

This role is based in New York but is part of a globally distributed team of producers, designers, editors and engineers that manage the complex video production needs of Accenture’s global workforce. Work outside of regular business hours and on weekends will be required occasionally to meet project deadlines. Domestic and international travel will also be required occasionally to manage the production of events at off-site venues.

Role

+ Coordinate all phases of video production, from pre to post-production

+ Maintain high quality work while facing tight deadlines and high-pressure situations

+ Collaborate with marketing teams and senior executives to turn abstract ideas into video

+ Manage the planning and logistics for live and recorded events

+ Manage, maintain and demo multi-camera production studio to Accenture Productions global standards

Basic Qualifications:

+ 3 years industry experience in multiple video production specialties (e.g. producing, directing, cinematography, storytelling, design, Adobe Creative suite)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in television/multimedia production or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university

+ 7 years industry experience in multiple video production specialties (e.g. producing, directing, cinematography, storytelling, design, Adobe Creative suite)

+ Experience with the design and delivery of off-site video production

+ Coordinating video production requirements with outside production companies; including cameras, audio, lighting, etc

+ Working collaboratively with marketing teams and providing guidance to senior executives

+ Creative story-telling and script writing experience

+ Experience to direct non-professional talent on-camera

+ Deep experience operating production cameras (Canon C300), audio and lighting gear

+ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Professional Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to complete assigned, recurring tasks with limited supervision

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
