Job Overview

The National Account Executive (NAE) will be responsible for managing Keurig Dr Pepper’s Commercial Real Estate Partnerships (CBRE, JLL, & Cushman & Wakefield). The NAE will serve as a key member of the sales team who contributes to the strategic direction of the customer relationships. This role contributes to the overall AFH sales targets by delivering new RFP wins and converting existing CRE customers & locations. Role will leverage the Keurig partnership as the primary coffee solution for all CRE clients.

This individual must proactively partner with internal KDP resources that influence and help drive execution of the strategic plan and assist account targeting, planning, & sales strategy to maximize sales results. This role will can be remote based as CRE locations are not centralized.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic partnership model with leading Commercial Real Estate companies local and nationalwith primary targets being CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield.• Manage CRE HQ relationships to drive organizational alignment through all levels of Sales and Marketingin both Global Workplace Solutions and Property Management Divisions.o GWS: Partner with Division leads on account targets and customer presentations.o Property Management: Acquire lists of property managers, # properties managed, and tenants.▪ Develop targeting strategy and marketing to drive new business opportunities andawareness campaigns.▪ Partner with existing distributor for installation and execution or drive customer topurchase through Keurig Commercial if customer prefers buying direct.• Negotiate contract terms and performance expectations for new CRE agreements.o Number of RFP’s for Keurig as the main solutiono Number of RFP wins for Keurigo # of accounts converted annually to Keurig (no RFP issued)o Trade show support (Keurig being the featured coffee solution and or sponsorship opportunities)• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with CRE HQ’s.• Collaborate with Staples, Office Depot, Aramark, Royal Cup, and Compass CRE contacts as well as Keurigchannel leaders to grow share within our core customers.• Indirect field sales team management in support CRE account bids, demonstrations, customer meetings &presentations. Will collaborate with Channel leads to identify key team members dedicated to their localCRE contacts. (Acct. Mgr will support their main customer (Office Depot West Coast) and will also supportthe CRE Division Directors in their territory. Field team to drive sales cycle for all opportunities in theirregion agnostic of distributor they support directly.• Track and manage all account pipeline stages and results in Sales Cloud.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

+ 5 years sales experience

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience using MS Office products like PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel

The ideal candidate will bring 5 or more years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience, preferably calling on headquarters for national accounts. They will have experience building a strategic sales plan (AOP) and have knowledge of the B2B distribution partners and route to market.
