Eaton’s Hydraulic Sector Fluid Conveyance Division is currently seeking a Lead Program Coordinator to join our team. This position is can be based at our Eden Prairie, MN or Maumee, OH location.

Position Overview:

The Lead Program Coordinator drives customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and roadmap development of programs launched and in development by managing customer and business relationships and contracts to ensure programs deliver on business commitments.

In this function you will:

+ Manage effective customer relationships and communication including initial program onboarding and day-to-day customer inquiries.

+ Play a key role in developing business proposals, solving problems and executing the overall program plans. Direct cross-functional activities as it relates to the program including marketing, training, legal, supply chain and finance.

+ Partner with sales to pitch program benefits and meet program metrics.

+ Coordinate with and provide leadership to global partners to successfully implement programs worldwide.

+ Manage vendor relationships including contractual commitments and needs related to the business.

+ Maintain program metrics to report on status, performance and risks and to help inform future activities. Provide updates to the business units as well as divisional levels.

+ Prioritize, test and approve software-related enhancements and bugs.

+ Engage in new business proposal development by partnering on product strategy and product roadmap initiatives.

+ Participate in voice of customer activities and competitive and industry research.

+ Ensure all program documents are current and in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

+ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Program Management or a combination of Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, Business Analyst or Product Development.

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

+ No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of either Eden Prairie, MN or Maumee, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

+ Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing from an accredited institution.

+ 5 years of experience in Program Management or a combination of Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, Business Analyst or Product Development.

+ Previous experience in vendor management and customer support.

+ Previous experience supporting software-related products.

+ Previous experience crafting marketing messages and leading marketing campaigns.

+ Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation such as CAPM or PMP Certification or BABOK Certification.

+ Proficient in conversational Spanish.

+ Demonstrated leadership style that is consistent with Eaton expectations of leaders (ethical, passionate, accountable, efficient, transparent, learner). Capable of leading change in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment that requires cross-region, site, and global collaboration and span.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customers.

+ Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

+ Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite tools.

+ Developing in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools.

This transaction is expected to be completed by the end of Q1 in 2021 and this position is expected to remain with the Hydraulics Business and would transfer to Danfoss A/S. upon close. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton’s plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Hydraulics Business when the transaction closes, Danfoss A/S will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
