We are currently seeking a Sales Executive (Jr/Mid Level) - Mid-Market to join our team in Los Angeles, California (US-CA), United States (US).

NTT DATA currently seeks a Sales Development Executive to join our Emerging Accounts team in Los Angeles or San Diego.


The ideal candidate NTT DATA is seeking has 5 years of IT solution sales experience and 10 years of total experience for this training class.  The primary role of this sales position is to generate, qualify, and closing new business at the Senior IT Management Level. Our people agenda means you will benefit from mentoring, development and training. In your first year at NTT Data Services, our commitment to your success includes an extensive mentorship program where you will have the opportunity for training, account development and planning, and professional growth.


Job Responsibilities Include:


  • Open to travel as needed
  • Prior experience in IT Services and/or Professional Services sales
  • 4+ plus years’ experience presenting to small or large audiences
  • Collaborate to develop a pipeline of new business contacts, opportunities and conduct regular progress reviews with your mentor
  • Live within commuting distance of Los Angeles or San Diego
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others remotely
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years’ professional experience
  • 5 years of experience in technical sales, professional services sales, and/or Application sales
  • 10 years of experience in a key industry such as Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, Telco, Life Sciences, etc.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services
