Oversees the MHE Operators and heavy-equipment drivers, along with Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and leased equipment assigned to the operations; oversees the Agriculture Cleaning operations. Verifies all equipment operators are properly licensed for the equipment they are assigned to operate, and conducts refresher training as needed. Provides daily and verifies accuracy of the GFE and Leased Equipment Status Report for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions.



  1. Supervises and monitors personnel.
  2. Manages NTV services.
  3. Manages tactical services.
  4. Oversees GFE services.
  5. Manages emergency services.
  6. Performs other duties and assignments as required.


Ability to use computer, knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to operate a forklift.


This position involves exposure to physical and working conditions where serious accidents or injuries may occur, exposure to disagreeable noise elements, and prolonged high ambient temperatures.

Must be able to lift/push/pull 35-45 lbs.




Completed training in Vehicle Maintenance or related field from military technical school or accredited technical school/college/university


Five years’ experience as a vehicle maintenance manager or equivalent position. Must have experience working in a Transportation environment. Diesel Mechanic experience preferred but not required. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask daily. An equivalent combination of training and experience demonstrating knowledge and abilities may substitute for this education and experience.

Must be able to coordinate and manage activities of a multinational and culturally diverse workforce. Possesses knowledge of safety and environmental issues.
