APAC Product marketing is a regional role that is responsible for leading, managing and directing all of commercialization related activities within HiTech product line. They own the regional go to market strategy including channel and pricing and are responsible for linking global product portfolio manager, customer and channel marketing to sales so that the go to market strategy can be executed effectively.


Develop and drive marketing strategies for HiTech (Semi/Display and general industry) products in AP region

Compile and analyze external data (macro-economic trends, customers, competitors, segmentation, value chains, sector size/ growth rates, new technologies).

Owns product line life cycle and is accountable for product profitability.

Design Voice of the Customer (VOC) to capture product gap, market status so that develop strategy for NPI.

Portfolio management for HiTech product line

Work closely with engineering, QA, manufacturing and sourcing for delivering impactful NPI.

Work closely with channel and customer marketing team to develop key target vertical based on segmentation, and develop applications to meet customer’s unmet needs and requirements

Drive local adaptation of the offering and working with ISC, QA and service to establish service to meet customer expectation.
Lead market research projects to prioritize and develop detail industry penetration plan. 

Global communication internal and external

Manage multi-task & strong project to meet target development cycle time.


  • Bachelor degree, ideally in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical, Marketing, Business or Economics. MBA, master of engineering or equivalent business experience is preferable.
  • Fluent English in both written and spoken.


  • 5+ years experience in Marketing, technical sales or R&D function. Gas detection experience is preferred.
  • Understanding knowledge for the market to use gas detectors. (Semi and Display are preferred. Chemical plant, Oil & Gas. Steel & Iron industries, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Boiler Rooms, Refrigerator & Food, etc.) Good analytical skills and sense of accountability.
