Use your extensive
subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions. You
will provide both external and internal consultations and project management,
and will help Honeywell teams develop and deploy customer solutions, customer
support, and training. You will foster cross-functional alignment to customer
needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer
negotiations. You will ensure all services are deployed following the
Professional Services Methodology. You
will ensure project success by managing deployment at all phases of the
customer lifecycle. You may consult
prospective users on product capability. You may provide valuable input for
product development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage in customer-facing activities
· Review and contribute to proposal activities
· Present planning, schedule and risk information to customers
· Coordinate engineering support of pursuits
· Coordinate project interdependencies with customer
· Provide project status and escalations to leadership
· Facilitate or perform implementation, UAT, training and go-live activities
YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
· 5 years’ experience managing software projects
· Working experience installing, configuring and supporting complex technical solutions.
· Demonstrated success in effectively influencing and motivating diverse project teams
WE VALUE
· PMP Certification
· Travel up to 50% when conditions are back to normal
· Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
· In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies
· Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
· Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
· Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed-team environment
· Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers
