Kelly Services is currently hiring for Medical Administrative Assistant available with an industry-leading medical device client of ours in the Marion, NC area! This is a long-term opportunity and a great way to get your foot in the door with a medical device company!
  • Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
  • Shift: 2 pm to 10 pm
  • Start/Duration: ASAP! 9+ month contract

Job Description:

Support the COVID 19 activity, which will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering employee COVID calls and filling out appropriate paperwork
  • Documenting the details of the cases
  • Contact tracing
  • Follow-up with persons on quarantine
  • Return to work calls and providing proper instructions to employees
  • Physical return to work documentation review
  • Corporate documentation of all COVID and PUI cases/updates
  • Maintain confidentiality when exposed to sensitive information
  • General office duties such as faxing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
  • Conduct internet research
  • Adjustment of schedule, if needed (and where feasible) to meet medical needs


  • Previous use of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple assignments.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of a completed High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree or professional certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as Administrative Assistant
  • A minimum of 2+ years’ previous experience at company, preferred
