  • Make an Impact! The Occupational Therapist provides skilled occupational therapy services to clients with impairments in cognition, sensory integration, gross and fine motor coordination and/or proprioceptive deficits to restore their functional activities of daily living. The Occupational Therapist is responsible to the Home Care Operations Manager.

Position: Occupational Therapist - Per Diem - Home Care 
Shift: Per Diem - Every 6th Weekend Required. We are looking for OT's who can commit to 3 - 5 days per week M-F

Territory: North, Northwest and Northeast Philadelphia

Experience:
1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.

Education:
1. Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program is required.
2. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
