Looking for a Project Leader Honeywell Building Solutions. This position is a techno-managerial role which includes being the technical leader for the team – involving in architecture and design, code reviews, providing technical guidance as needed. This role also will have 8-12 people reporting and need to manage their performance and career development.

Requirements:
Overall 10+ years of experience in software product development
Experience in leading medium to large software development agile teams to achieve business outcome within given constraints
Experience in deploying SDLC best practices to achieve engineering goals with measurable outcomes, ability to identify & remove waste is desirable
Experience in deploying visual & metrics-based management practices in agile teams for effective scope, quality & schedule management in collaboration with business & functional stakeholders
Experience in working Agile teams & SAFe release trains is a plus
Should have managed or architected one enterprise cloud application development and deployment
Hand on experience in developing performant & fault tolerant systems in C#.net/vb.net for on-premise & cloud deployment
Understanding of microservices, synchronous & asynchronous messaging & azure cloud infrastructure is desirable
Should be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
Experience in People management is desirable
Understanding of architecture & design principles, business requirement management will be preferred
Hands on experience in developing systems to communicate with field devices over TCP/Serial communication channel is desirable
Experience with BMS/physical security/Fire systems will be a plus

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science
