Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to mechanical projects, finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve techniques, procedures, and products and technologies. You will manage repair development for products to meet customer needs, product quality, and cost reduction. You will maintain product configuration, authorizing documents, work scopes and repair capabilities to drive product improvement and will be integral in securing present and future business by consistently meeting or exceeding Voice of Customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Engineering technical data management
· Project Management (cross function or high visibility)
· Mechanical & Electrical Parts Repair Development support
· Technical and cost reporting
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university
- 2+ years managing engineering projects, to include:
- New product introduction
- Technology or SAP deployment
- Transition of product, facility or vendor
- Experience working with vendors (procure parts or equipment, vendor certifications, etc.)
- Experience on capital projects
- Leading cross-functional project
- Continuous improvement/cost reduction experience
- Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status
WE VALUE
- PMP certification, Masters in Engineering or Business Management
- Programming experience
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
- Demonstrated mastery experience with engineering tools appropriate for the field (SAP, MS Project, Excel, Databases)
