We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Pricing analyst who will partner with BMS Global Pricing Leader, sales, and region business leaders to deliver insights and drive decision making on critical customer deals to drive margin expansion for the business region. Partner with and guide Region GMs to establish business and customer segment specific pricing strategies that are in line with their margin growth strategies.

Supporting the management of all pricing related activities with the Building Management business and/or product lines in addition to supporting all pricing systems and processes. Ensure cross-functional communication and partner with offering management, marketing, field sales and key business partners to assist in the development of the price strategy and improve profitability and top line growth. The role will be based at our Horsham office.


  • Partner with HBT Global DD Director to establish the region Pricing Deal Desk with clear rules, processes and tools including deal evaluation templates factoring for contextual variables such as project, customer, and competition to guide pricing and contracting negotiations working with the business to improve margins and long-term benefits.
  • Lead weekly deal reviews with business leadership, sales and marketing. Partner with deal desk analysts to pull together appropriate qualitative and quantitative data for the review. Recommend price adjustments to improve value and win rate.
  • Work closely with sales and business leadership to understand vertical market and driven scenarios and value delivery that can influence deal evaluation.
  • Develop Monitoring, tracking and reporting capabilities of deal desk results.
  • Partner with BMS Global Pricing Leader to develop price strategies and detailed execution plans for the Line of businesses in the region.
  • Recommend and implement efficient pricing strategies (Customer segmentation, go-to-market models, channel strategy, deal strategy and price book management) that are specific to various customer segments and profit pools within the business.
  • Partner with offering management leaders and marketing to develop and execute segmented and differentiated pricing strategies. Gain agreement of price actions, timelines and effectively execute to support positive price realization.
  • Be responsible for leading the list price review process for BMS brands and sales channels. Work with marketing and sales to evaluate and provide recommendations on list pricing actions. Utilize best practice price analytics to develop your recommendations.
  • Analyze the impacts due to material, freight inflation and tariffs. Develop countermeasures to minimize margin erosion.
  • Build and use a competitive intelligence database that guides businesses on pricing strategies and associated risks of actions.
  • Serve as point person to ensure all functions understand end to end pricing process; develop and conduct training as required for strong collaboration. Project manage the list price update process.
  • Support the NPI pricing process.
  • Partner with HBT Pricing Operations leader to recommend improvements to the pricing systems and develop key partner support processes.


  • Pricing, data analytics, or product management experience.
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior leadership.
