The Consumer Lending team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, and Merchant Services and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses.

• Consult with project managers, business analysts and project teams to recommend and manage the appropriate implementation strategy for operations, and plan for initiatives that typically impact multiple workflows or products with moderate risk
• Lead the development of implementation strategy to include the development of a detailed validation plan
• Develop and lead the communication and training strategies, which may include design and delivery
• Lead and consult on implementation of tasks, identify and negotiate resolution of issues, escalating as necessary and ensures task completion according to established timelines
• Lead the understanding of operational impact for the multiple projects assigned and develops solutions for delivery to the operation
• Assist the formal release validation effort/s by release event as assigned and supports the operational activity associated with technical installations
• Possess the ability to work flexible night and weekend hours in support of the quarterly release events

Market Skills and Certifications

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of implementation experience 3+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years CRS Product support environment experience (products: Credit Card, Retail Services, Rewards, Servicing, Collections, Central Sales)
  • Analytical skills focused on problem solving, process improvement and customer impact in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and changing environment
  • Experience with Agile Delivery Methods
  • Consistently embraces ownership, responsibility and accountability
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to track resolution of multiple, diverse, long term and high priority items
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and work within a matrixed environment
  • Proven success working with a team through an organizational change
  • Exceptional Collaboration Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tactical actions/initiatives/results across the organization
  • Competency with Microsoft Office products
