Our client, a leading global health care company that focuses on pharmaceuticals and medical devices used to care for critically and chronically ill patients inside and outside the hospital, is currently seeking a Manager - Planning and Reporting Systems for a 6 month contract position with the potential to be extended in Lake County, IL.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 

Pay Rate – $65.00 - $75.00/hour 



Manages staff responsible for working with business and BTS counterparts to execute the following: 

- Collaborate in the deployment of systems enhancements to existing systems 

- Drive business partnership with finance users and the Business Technical Support community 

- Enhance and optimize business reporting and planning processes with the Functions through system and automation solutions 

- Manage team that performs system administration and information process flow.

•Business Acumen: Provides advice and counsel regarding effective system utilization to meet business requirements. Understanding the business processes in multiple businesses. Determines alternative delivery mechanisms. 

•Manage team responsible for Planning Systems validations, process flows to ensure timing and accurate data as required for functional and global coverage. 

•Leading People: Responsible for all aspects of people leadership; setting expectations, coaching, counseling, developing, evaluating, feedback, hiring, discipline and separations to drive Organizational Effectiveness. 

•Relationship Management: Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners. 



- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served, with 10 - 15 years of experience to include project management, business and process experience 

- 10+ years overall experience to include project management and financial system deployments, 

- Previous supervisory experience, employee development a plus 

- Operate within broad goals and objectives. 

- Make strategic decisions that impact corporation.

• Years of experience/education and/or certifications required: 

o 10 - 15 years of experience 

o Bachelor’s Degree – open to discipline (Finance, Business, IT, Accounting, related fields)
