Location: Manchester Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, safety & health, or other related academic discipline; seven years of experience related to project management; five years of supervisory experience; demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature, on time, and on budget; budget management experience; effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to interface with diverse audiences including employees/staff, faculty, students, and the general public; demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; proficiency with computer applications including MS Office applications; valid driver’s license; and a willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree; and demonstrated leadership qualities. About the Opportunity: Keene State College invites applications for a Program Director to provide leadership, direction, supervision, sales, marketing and enrollment for KSC OSHA Training Institute Education Center Region 1, located in Manchester, N.H. near the Manchester Boston Regional Airport. OSHA Training Institute Education Center, Region 1 is a New England OSHA training and education entity under a non-financial cooperative agreement between Federal OSHA and Keene State College, authorized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA ) to provide innovative and effective safety and health training to improve safety culture and performance in the workplace. Since 1994 Keene State College's OSHA Education Center provides premier educational and professional development opportunities within the New England region and beyond.
