Job Description
The Senior Developer position is responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining Aetna Sales Effectiveness web portals. Requires full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Developing, instructing, directing, and checking the work of other systems analysis and programming personnel (onshore and offshore). Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program and system design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Provides focus on cross-application integration & solution design to ensure release success. Ensures system capabilities are deployed in alignment with desired business processes. Creates data model to support the business needs and perform advanced SQL programming and stored procedure development in the database environment. Examine the large amount of data and converts web application, database into a flexible data model.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology or an engineering field.   Minimum five years of experience working in multiple web projects, either in the job offered or as a developer/ programmer. Must have at least 5 years of experience working with the following: SQL, .Net, C#, MVC, WCF, SSIS, JavaScript, jQuery, Html5, CSS/Bootstrap, IIS. Must have experience creating web portals with distributed n-tier architecture, Wireframes, conduct design, code reviews and feasibility assessment for the implementations, creates unit test scripts, management reporting and mentoring/training to offshore teams.
